Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: 7 October 2026

REMARSO LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, operates VirtualTourEasy. You can request deletion of your VTE account and personal information, including information received through Google Sign-In or Facebook Login. These instructions apply even if you can no longer sign in.

1. Request deletion by email

Email support@virtualtoureasy.com with the subject Data deletion request. Include:

Send the request from your account email where possible. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting information. Do not send passwords, authorization tokens, or payment card details. This option is available on every plan, for team members as well as owners, and without logging in. Deleting social sign-in information may prevent further sign-in using that provider.

We respond within 30 days and handle verified deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any retention required by law. We will confirm completion or explain any information we must retain and why. You can reply to the same email conversation to ask about the status of your request.

2. Self-service organization deletion

If you are the owner of a Free-plan organization with no other active team members, sign in and open Settings → Organization. In the deletion section, acknowledge the effect of deletion and choose Send Delete Confirmation Email. Open the email's confirmation link and enter the supplied deletion code to complete the process.

This permanently deletes the organization and its associated accounts, tours, files, and stored integration credentials. It affects the whole organization. If this option is unavailable, you have a paid subscription, or you only want your own personal information removed from a shared organization, use the email process above so we can handle your request and any billing or shared-content implications.

3. Remove Google or Facebook access

Removing a provider's permission or disconnecting an integration does not automatically delete your VTE account or previously stored publication records.

4. Published content and retained information

Google Maps photos: Disconnecting Street View, deleting a VTE tour, or deleting your VTE account does not automatically remove photos already published to Google Maps. Remove those photos through VTE's Street View removal controls while still connected, or manage them directly through Google Maps.

Account deletion removes associated personal account information and content from our active systems. Information that providers such as Google, Facebook, or payment processors hold independently is subject to their own deletion processes and retention obligations. If you submitted a lead through someone else's tour, include the tour URL in your request so we can identify the responsible tour owner.

For details about collection, use, sharing, and retention, read our Privacy Policy.
